“Pizza” Masterclass by Italia Olivicola

An exclusive masterclass dedicated to pizza, the quintessential symbol of Italian cuisine. Each day, a different type of pizza will be explored, with a focus on the best flours and techniques for achieving perfect dough.

18 December: Gluten-free pizza
19 December: Pinsa and pala romana
20 December: Contemporary pizza
21 December: Pizza napoletana

Organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry.

Reservation Procedure

1. Choose the day and time (if more than one is available).

2. Enter your personal details
and add up to a maximum of 3 people

At the end, you will receive an email with a unique QR Code, valid for all people included in the reservation, which you will need to access the event.
At the entrance, you will need to show the ID document provided during the registration process.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT IN THE SCHEDULE, THE VISIT ABOARD THE VESPUCCI SHIP IS NOT INCLUDED.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE VISIT ABOARD REMEMBER THAT:

It is not possible, under any circumstances, to change the time and/or name after registration;
• Access is allowed from 15 minutes before until 15 minutes after the chosen time.
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Open-toe shoes or high heels are not permitted.
Strollers or prams and animals are not allowed.
• In case of bad weather, check the cancellation of the event on the website tourvespucci.it, which will be communicated starting 2 hours before the event begins.
