An event dedicated to two major frontiers of the future: the Blue Economy and space. The conference will explore how sustainability, technological innovation, and international cooperation can drive the development of key sectors for economic and environmental progress. With the participation of experts and representatives from institutions, armed forces, and leading companies, the event will provide a strategic vision on fundamental themes for Italy’s and the world’s competitiveness.

First Panel: “Sailing into the Blue Economy: Navigating Sustainable and Secure Seas”
An in-depth discussion on opportunities and challenges for the future of oceans and coastal communities, focusing on:
– The seabed as a geo-strategic battleground;
– Ocean conservation, sustainable fishing, and innovative marine technologies;
– Enabling factors and obstacles for the sustainable use of ocean resources;
– Technologies and innovations to promote sustainability and security in maritime environments.

Second Panel: “Commercial Space Flight Opportunities to Foster the Made in Italy and Strengthen International Relations with the Middle East”
An exploration of the potential of commercial space flight to enhance Made in Italy and strengthen international relations with the Middle East, addressing:
– Space exploration and technological innovation;
– Environmental sustainability in the space industry;
– Public-private partnerships to develop new opportunities;
– Economic impacts of the space sector and international synergies.

Representatives from Italian and international excellence, including:
– Italian Navy
– Italian Air Force
– Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy
– Astronauts from Saudi Arabia and Italy
– Italian Space Agency
– Leading companies such as Fincantieri, Leonardo, Tim Sparkle, AIAD, Confitarma, and local industries.

Organized by the Italian Defense General Staff, the Italian Navy, and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

Note: The event does NOT include a visit aboard the Amerigo Vespucci ship.

At the end, you will receive an email with a unique QR Code, valid for all people included in the reservation, which you will need to access the event.
At the entrance, you will need to show the ID document provided during the registration process.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT IN THE SCHEDULE, THE VISIT ABOARD THE VESPUCCI SHIP IS NOT INCLUDED.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE VISIT ABOARD REMEMBER THAT:

• It is not possible, under any circumstances, to change the time and/or name after registration;
• Access is allowed from 15 minutes before until 15 minutes after the chosen time.
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Open-toe shoes or high heels are not permitted.
• Strollers or prams and animals are not allowed.
• In case of bad weather, check the cancellation of the event on the website tourvespucci.it, which will be communicated starting 2 hours before the event begins.
