We would like to inform you that, due to the structural features of the ship, designed in an era when specific accessibility measures were not considered, there may be limitations for people with mobility impairments. In particular, the ship has architectural barriers that make it impossible to install ramps for wheelchair access. Therefore, for technical and safety reasons, access cannot generally be guaranteed for people with walking difficulties who require aids such as wheelchairs. The crew of Amerigo Vespucci Ship and the staff of Villaggio IN Italia are fully committed to providing all visitors with a welcoming and inclusive experience. We are aware of the importance of ensuring the best possible experience for all visitors, and, in line with the structural conditions of the ship, we will assess each specific case on-site.
