Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore is accessible via bus 400, with a stop at the coach bay on Level 1, or by MRT, alighting at Marina South Pier station, located approximately 600 meters from the terminal. Both options provide convenient access to the facility.

Plot: The story of Salvatore Todaro, a submarine commander of the Royal Italian Navy who, during World War II, disobeyed to the orders to save the 26 men who had tried to sink him, accepting the risk of navigating on the surface until reaching his destination: because for him, the law of the sea was more important than the law of war.

The exhibition is curated by ADI (Association for Industrial Design), which has selected both historical and contemporary patents and products, including winners of the prestigious Compasso d’Oro award. Design serves as the central theme of the narrative, blending functionality and aesthetics, with the user at the heart of the creative process.

With 82 products on display, the exhibition—promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy—celebrates Italian ingenuity in innovation, aiming to allow visitors to "be a person."

During the event, participants will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition topics in greater depth with the help of experts and curators, available to provide further details and answer questions.

Important: the ship will NOT be open for visits. It can only be viewed from the dock.

A seminar on the mysterious origins of cosmic rays, their flux measurement onboard the Amerigo Vespucci and the role of the Earth’s magnetosphere and atmosphere.
The experience of a scientist who sails the sea studying the infinite Universe. On land, in the sea, everywhere, we don't see them but cosmic rays are raining down on us every moment.

A seminar on the 150 years of connections between Italy and Singapore, through the lens of historical maritime journeys, legacies of naturalists, and scientific collaboration. Old ships such as the Magenta and Vettor Pisani together with scientists such as Odoardo Beccari collected specimens, artefacts and data on their journeys. Many of these are still found in Italian institutions after more than one and a half centuries.

Through the expressive language of commedia dell'arte and a refined musical videography inspired by Italy's artistic heritage, artist Katiuska Falbo leads the audience on this fascinating cultural journey. The performance celebrates the connection between past and present, transporting the spectators to the heart of Italy's intangible heritage, evoking emotions and collective memory.

Davide Morici will accompany the narrative, enriching the performance with further insights.

The Culture of Myth Meets the East Two artists, Domenico Boscia representing Italy and Sicily, and Chng Xin Xuan representing Singapore, will bring to life a joint artistic performance using lime, an ancient Italian decorative material. The event aims to showcase how art can unite people and give shape to the desire for international collaboration.
The performance will be accompanied by a conversation with prominent figures from the cultural scenes of Sicily and Singapore. The event will feature the participation and insights of exceptional speakers, key figures in the cultural and artistic landscapes of both regions.

She will take us on a musical journey, performing not only some of her original hits but also beloved classics in both Italian and English. Joining her on this stage is an incredible crew of dancers, flown from Italy, under the direction of choreographer Daniel Collins. For the opening set, Matilde will grace the grand piano, accompanied by the virtuoso violinist, Jocelyn Ng. On the centenary of Puccini’s death, the show delves into the life and influences of the Italian composer through the perspectives of seven pivotal women. The performance blends music, drama, and storytelling to explore Puccini’s relationships with these figures, revealing how they shaped his personal and artistic journey. Key works by Puccini are highlighted, intertwining his operatic masterpieces with narratives that reflect on love, loss, and inspiration. This innovative approach gives audiences a deeper insight into Puccini’s life and the emotional depth of his compositions.

A versatile and elegant artist, she is known for her talent in theater, cinema, and television. Among her most renowned experiences, she co-hosted the Sanremo Music Festival in 2003 and voiced Elsa in the Italian version of Disney's Frozen.

Presentation of the Report on the potential of Italian bello e ben fatto products in the international landscape & Round Table with sector Associations, , organized by Confindustria.

The event will present a Report by the Economic Research Department of Confindustria – the Confederation of Italian industries – which analyses the export potential of Italian “bello e ben fatto” (BBF) – literally translated as “beautiful and well-made” – that is high quality Made in Italy consumer final products that represent Italian excellence in terms of design, attention to details, quality of materials and accuracy of manufacturing. This twelfth edition of the Report contains a specific focus on the dynamic ASEAN region, identifying Singapore as first market for Italian BBF. A Round Table with Italian entrepreneurs and business Associations in the food & beverage, fashion, furniture, yachting sectors will constitute an important opportunity to deepen knowledge on peculiarities and potential of Made in Italy BBF.
