Rendez-vous
naval de Québec

The Rendez-vous naval de Québec is one of Canada’s leading maritime events. The event brings together naval vessels and tall ships from different countries, offering visitors the opportunity to tour the vessels, meet their crews, and discover maritime culture and traditions up close. Established in 2008, the biennial event celebrates Québec City’s maritime heritage and its historic connection with the St. Lawrence River. The programme extends across the harbour and the city’s waterfront, featuring onboard visits, meetings, cultural activities, and initiatives dedicated to the world of navigation. From 23 to 27 July 2026, on the occasion of the Rendez-vous naval de Québec, the city will also host the first Canadian stop of the Amerigo Vespucci’s 2026 North America Campaign.

Accessibility on board the Amerigo Vespucci

Please note that, due to the Ship’s structural characteristics—designed in an era when accessibility provisions were not in place—there may be limitations for visitors with reduced mobility.
In particular, architectural barriers prevent the installation of ramps for wheelchair access. As a result, for technical and safety reasons, access cannot generally be guaranteed for visitors with mobility impairments requiring aids such as wheelchairs.

The crew of the Amerigo Vespucci is fully committed to ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors.
We recognise the importance of providing the best possible experience and, where feasible within the Ship’s structural constraints, individual cases will be assessed on site.
