Frecce Tricolori
The North America Tour ’24 of the Frecce Tricolori: thirty years after “Columbus ’92,” the Italian Air Force Aerobatic Team makes a stop in Los Angeles above the Vespucci and the Villaggio Italia, bringing aircraft and personnel of the Italian Air Force overseas.
The program, which began in June and will end in early September, sees the Frecce engaged in promoting national industry in places where millions of people belonging to Italian-Canadian and Italian-American communities are present. Among the scheduled stops is precisely the one in the City of Angels, California, where, with the arrival of the most renowned ship of the Italian Navy, the two Italian Defense excellences will meet for a grand tricolor embrace.
Visitors to the Villaggio Italia will thus be able to admire the spectacle of the bow of the Vespucci and its sails flown over by the Frecce in a combination of emotion, aesthetics, tradition, innovation, technology, and teamwork, which are also the hallmarks of Italian identity.
